Julie Cummings

Julie has served as a Human Resources Manager for over 12 years in several industries including manufacturing, distribution and financial services. She has been intimately involved with and assisted company efforts during several mergers and acquisitions to ensure effective communication, thorough application and achievement of company strategic initiatives. She has provided company wide training on a variety of topics to help managers and employees excel in their individual and team performance.

She received a BS in Management with a Minor in Marketing as well as an MBA from Missouri State University. She received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management in 1996 and her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 1998. She is a board member of the Springfield Area Human Resources Association (SAHRA) and serves as their Communications Chair. She is a certified facilitator for Development Dimensions International (DDI) and Zenger Miller.

Julie currently serves as Human Resources Director for BKD, LLP .

Greg Dlabach

Dr. Dlabach's record of leadership spans three decades, covers industries such as manufacturing, health care, graphic arts, hospitality/entertainment, horticulture and higher education and includes the implementation and management of large and small scale projects and programs while supervising as many as 500 employees.

Providing leadership at the executive level in public management for two large colleges in two different states allowed him the opportunity to work closely with business and industry leaders from all major sectors of the economy. This experience included the successful implementation of innovative training programs, management of a 24 million dollar annual budget, acquisition of partnerships and capital resources, negotiation with collective bargaining units and government agencies, as well as management for construction projects including a technologically sophisticated 55,000 square foot, 13 million dollar science facility.

Dr. Dlabach has been an invited panelist and speaker to state, regional, national and international audiences. Topics included such things as leadership strategies, requisite factors for creating high performing organizations, and quality-based management principles.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Oklahoma State University, a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics from Missouri State University and a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Arkansas.

John Fleming photoJohn is the founder of Enterprise Productivity Consulting.  He has been involved in the design and implementation of lean enterprise solutions for the past 22 years.  He received his training in lean, in the U.S. and Japan, as a result of learning through the GM/Toyota Joint Venture in Fremont, California and by working with the founders of Shingijutsu, experts in the Toyota Production System.  John started at General Motors where he was part of the GM Production System team and led the first GM plant team to incorporate Toyota's lean principles.

John held numerous positions for General Motors and has spent the last 17 years with United Technologies Corporation, in the Pratt & Whitney, Transport Air Conditioning Carrier and Otis Elevators.  Holding various operations and management positions with UTC, he provided lean training and workshops in all seven divisions of UTC worldwide.

John holds a BGS from Wayne State University, Industrial Engineering/Work Methods-GMI and his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Dale McCoyDale McCoy is a Training & Organization Development Practitioner, specializing in human performance improvement and leadership cultivation through learning and development strategies that yield measurable, data-driven, client-specific business results.

After managing a multi-million dollar retail sales operation in Los Angeles, CA for eight years, Dale gained extensive experience as a Human Resources Development Specialist with MCI Telecommunications, and as Manager of Training & Development with UnitedHealthcare Operations.

Before launching his independent practice in July, 2001, Dale was Professional Services Manager of Training Development for Ineto, Inc., a web-based customer relations technology solution company headquartered in Austin, Texas.

Dale is a certified Zenger-Miller Master Trainer and a certified facilitator of Stephen Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.  He is certified by the Consulting Psychologists Press to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and by Personnel Decisions International (PDI), to administer the 360-degree Profiler.

Dale is a graduate of Drury University in Springfield, MO, and has a Master of Science degree in Education & Online Teaching and Learning from California State University East Bay.

Dale is a member of the American Society of Training & Development, as well as the Society of Human Resources Management and the Organization Development Network.

Dale lives in Springfield, Missouri with his wife, Mary, their two children, Max and Chelsea, and their dogs, Roxy and Nelson.

Glenn is an instructor for the Management Development Institute, and instructs academic classes for the College of Business at Missouri State University, the largest College of Business in the state of Missouri. Having been associated with the University since 1977, Glenn currently teaches Human Resources, Labor Relations, Operations Management, Strategic Management and International Management in the MBA program.

Glenn received a BS in Management from Missouri State, an MBA from the University of Missouri, and has completed Ph.D. hours at the University of Arkansas. During his MBA, he also completed a dual course of study in University of Missouri's School of Law.     

With over 27 years experience, Glenn has established an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality and fun professional development training. His extensive Human Resources, Legal and Management background allows him to provide the practical, up-to-date information, tools and techniques that can be applied immediately in the workplace. Glenn's work experience includes 13 years with Zenith Electronics Corporation both in the US and Mexico and most recently as Director of Personnel for the Springfield Public School system.

He has earned the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

A plaque presented to Glenn Pace, May 17, 2002 was inscribed with the following message:

Scot is a seasoned business administration and human resource professional with over 20 years experience with a special emphasis in compensation, performance management, conflict resolution, strategic planning, workers' compensation, safety and training and development. Scot has held upper management positions with profit and non-profit organizations in manufacturing, hospitality and charitable giving.

Scot is an enthusiastic trainer able to deliver high impact training to front-line, mid and senior level employees. He has designed and delivered multiple management and safety programs resulting in cost reduction and performance improvement success across several disciplines including orientation programs, performance management, effective interviewing, employment law and supervision. Scot has a special aptitude in synthesizing complex employment law situations and implementing effective strategies that work.

Scot holds a B.S. degree in Human Resource Management from Missouri State University.
