Anita Chamblee

Lance Coffman Lance Coffman is a consultant for the SBTDC. He has over 15 years of marketing and management experience with small businesses nationally. Lance is an entrepreneur and business owner. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a concentration in Marketing Management and an MBA with a certificate in Management, both from Missouri State University.

Kyle Drenon Kyle Drenon is the Director of Marketing for Murney Associates, Realtors in Springfield. He is also the editor and lead writer for the Murney Blog. His focus is primarily on digital marketing and social networks with an emphasis on content strategy. He's a native Springfield resident and enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, Greenbeans.

Isabel Eisenhauer Isabel Eisenhauer is the Assistant Director and a full-time consultant for the Missouri State University Small Business & Technology Development Center. Isabel is a Sales and Marketing Professional with 19 years experience with two Fortune 100 Corporations. As an Account Manager with Northrop Grumman (formerly Litton), Isabel had customer support and service responsibility for their single largest customer, representing 44% of gross sales. Prior to this, Isabel designed, implemented, and utilized a sales forecast system which provided planning information to Senior Management and unit demand information to Middle Management. Experience with Hewlett Packard included contributing in the Marketing function (New Product Introduction Management, Reseller Channel Management, and Sales Development) and the Finance/Accounting function (Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, Special Projects, and Cost Accounting). An area of significant accomplishment was during a three month assignment in Germany which resulted in improved relationships between the seven domestic divisions and the European distribution center. Isabel has worked extensively with international divisions located in Italy, Puerto Rico, England, Canada, Germany, Singapore, Scotland and China. Other experiences include owning a Management Consulting/Accounting firm providing services to small businesses and as an Associate Faculty in a small Community College teaching business courses. In addition, Isabel is a professional photographer providing wedding, family and high school portraiture as well as artistic landscape and architectural photography. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting and an MBA with emphasis in management information systems, both from Northern Arizona University. She is also fluent in Spanish.

Chrystal Irons Chrystal Irons joined the MSU Small Business & Technology Development Center as director in May 2016. She is responsible for coordinating the resources of the federal, state and local governments with the resources of the University and the private sector to promote growth, expansion, innovation, increased productivity and management improvement in small businesses and prospective small businesses in southwest Missouri. Prior to joining MSU, Irons was the County Program Director and Business Development Specialist for the University of Missouri Extension and SBTDC in Taney County. She was with MU Extension in Taney County since 2010. Irons earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Master in Business Administration from Drury University in Springfield, MO. Her expertise is in QuickBooks coaching, business planning, financial projections as well as providing one-on-one business assistance to eight counties in the Southwest Missouri region. She was recently voted the 2016 Missouri State Star Award recipient. She is a fifteen year business owner and entrepreneur in a family business, A-1 Walls & Landscaping located in Ozark, MO. She lives in Ozark with her husband and three children.

Sarah Marshall-Roberts Sarah Marshall-Roberts is currently a web developer with the Springfield-Greene County Library District. She worked for 20 years in accounting for the oil and gas, banking, financial database and insurance industries. Her business background and interest in the Internet and programming lead to a transition to web development in 1998. In addition to working for the library district, Sarah has taught web design, HTML, CSS, SEO and graphics courses, and also maintains her own client base. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri State University and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma. Sarah is a CPA (inactive).

Derek Richardson Derek joined Ollis/Akers/Arney in January of 2014 as an Advisor in the Commercial Risk Department. He attended college at Missouri State University and has been in the insurance industry since 2010. Derek specializes in small to medium sized business and currently holds his Property & Casualty Insurance licenses along with a number of insurance industry accreditations.

Sandra Smart-Winegar Sandra Smart-Winegar is a consultant for the Missouri State University Small Business & Technology Development Center. She has over 21 years of business experience as a small business owner working with small businesses and large corporations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Production/Operations Management from Southeast Missouri State University and an MBA with an emphasis in management from Missouri State University.
