It’s no secret the workforce is changing. It is entirely possible your organization has five different generations in the workforce. With multiple generations comes differences in management styles, opinions, motivations and expectations. How are you leading your workforce to overcome these challenges? This class will help you better understand the generations and where their beliefs originate, provide strategies for leading and engaging a workforce with multiple generations and challenge your assumptions about how the generations can work together.
