Course Description

Micro-managing is one of the most frustrating leadership practices, but most managers don’t think they micro-manage…. People, the math doesn’t add up! The explanation: many of us are “micro-managing” without realizing it. In other words, our leadership actions are being interpreted by our subordinates as micro-management, though we ourselves do not see ourselves as micro-managers.


Situational Leadership is a unique leadership concept that directly helps leaders identify and adjust the areas in which they might be unintentionally micro-managing. To be effective, leaders need to adapt their styles to fit a broad range of individual and team situations. In this one day session you will learn how you can do it effectively…. and stop micro-managing.

  • Do you have one style you over use, under use, this assessment will give you the answer.
