It’s no secret the workforce is changing. It is entirely possible your organization has five different generations in the workforce. With multiple generations comes differences in management styles, opinions, motivations and expectations. How are you leading your workforce to overcome these challenges? This class will help you better understand the generations and where their beliefs originate, provide strategies for leading and engaging a workforce with multiple generations and challenge your assumptions about how the generations can work together.
At the end of this course you will be able to:
· Describe each of the generations, the origin of their beliefs and common points of conflict
· Understand the biases that lead to challenges in leading the generations
· Implement strategies to address challenges, encourage critical thinking and engage a workforce comprised of multiple generations
