Course Description

As small businesses continue to grow, the need for a professionally run Human Resources "Department" increases.  Learn when human resources should be established as a formal entity and how further developing an HR function can contribute to the growth of your company.  Every aspect of business is affected by the human resources function.  Owners and managers need to understand how to set-up and manage this key area of operations.  Both HR professionals and non-HR practitioners responsible for human resources-related activities should attend this seminar.
